• Meditation Teacher Training Program: A Home Study Program by Sri Goswami Kriyananda
Meditation is a spiritual practice that does not require a belief in any doctrine or theology. Anyone can benefit from its practice, regardless of cultural or religious affiliation. Meditation reduces stress and improves health, concentration, and focus. It is a tool for self-transformation that quiets the mind and leads to peace, tranquility, and wisdom. It is a turning around in consciousness that will induce an expansion in your horizon of awareness.
